    Your agreement arrives by email right away, with your consumer rights statement. Read it and sign it on your phone or computer.

  3. Your client portal

    Once you sign, your portal opens. Upload your documents and add your credit report there, and track your progress anytime.

Have these ready for your portal

  • Two proofs of address, like a utility bill, bank statement or lease
  • Proof of your Social Security number, like your Social Security card or a W-2
  • Your credit report, which you order through a link in your portal

A phone photo works. You can upload some now and the rest later.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus, for free. Results vary. We cannot remove accurate, timely information, and we do not guarantee any specific score or outcome. You receive your written consumer rights statement and agreement before you sign, and you can cancel within three business days after signing. Read your rights.
