Credit repair, done with you

We find what is wrong on your credit reports, challenge it the right way, and help you build positive history, with a coach you can actually reach.

How it works

  1. Free consultation

We talk through your goal and your timeline. You get a clear read on whether credit repair is worth it for you, or whether you can handle it yourself.

  2. Report review

We go through your Equifax, Experian and TransUnion reports line by line and mark everything that looks inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unverifiable.

  3. Agreement and disclosures

Before you sign anything, you receive your written consumer rights statements and a contract that spells out the services, the total cost and an estimated timeline, with your right to cancel within three business days.

  4. Disputes and follow-up

We challenge the items we found with the credit bureaus and creditors, track every response, and follow up when an item comes back verified or reappears.

  5. Building forward

Removing errors is half of it. We help you plan the positive history that keeps a score climbing: utilization, payment habits and the right new accounts.

What we look for

Reports carry more mistakes than most people expect. These are the kinds of items worth a closer look.

  • Late payments reported incorrectly
  • Collections that are not yours or are duplicated
  • Wrong balances or credit limits
  • Accounts from a mixed or merged file
  • Items past the 7‑year reporting limit
  • Paid accounts still showing as unpaid
  • Identity theft accounts
  • Outdated personal information

Your rights come first

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus, for free. Results vary. We cannot remove accurate, timely information, and we do not guarantee any specific score or outcome.

Under federal and New York law you receive written disclosures before signing, a written contract with the full cost and an estimated completion date, and the right to cancel within three business days. Read your consumer credit file rights.

Credit repair questions

How much does credit repair cost?

It depends on how much work your reports need. You get the exact cost in writing in your contract before you sign anything, and you have three business days to cancel after signing.

How long does credit repair take?

Every file is different. The credit bureaus generally have about 30 days to investigate each dispute, so most work happens in rounds of a month or more. Your contract includes an estimated completion date for the services it lists.

Is credit repair legal?

Yes. You have the right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to dispute inaccurate information, and credit repair companies may help you do it under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and New York law. Those laws also protect you: written contracts, required disclosures, and a right to cancel.

Can I do this myself?

Yes, and it is free to dispute directly with the bureaus. Many people do. If you want to try it yourself first, see our DIY page or ask us in a consultation where to start.

What happens if a removed item comes back?

Sometimes a creditor later verifies an item and it is reinserted. The bureau must notify you when that happens, and we review whether it can be challenged again.
